You will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, equipping brokers with the tools and insights they need to succeed, and proactively identifying opportunities to maximise sales performance. In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will collaborate with internal teams to elevate underperforming partners, support new product launches, and maintain outstanding service standards. Through strategic planning, hands-on relationship management, and regular engagement at industry events, you will drive pipeline growth, conversions, and long-term success while upholding the highest standards of governance, compliance, and customer care.
Responsibilities

- Own a dynamic portfolio of broker relationships and ensure partners clearly understand and champion the value proposition.
- Provide an exceptional onboarding experience and equip brokers with tools and insights to succeed.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales performance and proactively engage with brokers to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate underperforming partners and support new product launches.
- Maintain outstanding service standards and ensure governance, compliance, and customer care are upheld.
- Engage with the broker market at industry events to drive pipeline growth and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Energy industry with a solid understanding of industry dynamics, broker channels, and commercial drivers.
- Experience in a sales or relationship management role, demonstrating the ability to influence, engage, and deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of the Energy industry gained through experience with a supplier, broker/TPI, or regulatory organisation.
- Deep understanding of the TPI/broker sector, including market dynamics, commercial models, and the supplier-broker relationship.
- Experience analysing sales data and producing reports, identifying trends, performance patterns, and opportunities to enhance the commercial proposition.
