As a key commercial leader, you'll drive value across our supplier base by optimising third-party spend, strengthening contract performance, embedding robust governance, and ensuring suppliers consistently deliver against cost, quality, and service commitments. This is a brand new position and your work will be critical in delivering commercial excellence.

How will I spend my time in this role?

  • Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and renewals;
  • Establish and manage contract performance frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, service standards, obligations);
  • Lead commercial negotiations to deliver cost savings and improved contractual outcomes;
  • Own supplier governance including performance reviews and escalation processes;
  • Track and manage all third-party spend, identifying optimisation and cost reduction opportunities;
  • Ensure contracts are actively managed, understood, and adhered to across business areas;
  • Manage supplier performance issues, risks, disputes, and contractual non-compliance;
  • Partner with Legal to ensure contract robustness and effective risk mitigation;
  • Implement standardised procurement frameworks, templates, and controls;
  • Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership on supplier performance, cost, and risk;
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes relating to supplier spend.
