You will play a pivotal role in enabling the business by translating strategic objectives and business problems into high-quality, technology-enabled solutions. The role leads on defining what change is delivered and how it is delivered, shaping the SEBL IT portfolio roadmap and assuring that solution designs are robust, scalable and aligned to business and transformation goals. Working closely with business, architecture, data and IT delivery teams, you will ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose and deliver measurable value.
You will provide leadership, line management and coaching to a team of Business Analysts, building a strong performance culture and developing capability through clear standards, frameworks and best practice. Acting as a senior BA and trusted advisor, you will lead early-stage discovery, elicit and analyse complex requirements, assess solution impacts across the wider landscape, and support the development of strong business cases.

- Deep Business Analyst experience across a wide range of delivery scenarios and change initiatives
- Proven people management experience, including day-to-day line management, development and performance management
