This is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end performance of SEBL's operational functions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across onboarding, metering and settlement, gas operations, and technical billing. The role will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive operational excellence, reduce cost-to-serve, and safeguard customer and business outcomes, while supporting SEBL's recovery and long-term growth ambitions.

You will lead the transformation and continuous improvement of Core Operations, embedding a high-performance, data-driven culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and service excellence. You will ensure operational readiness for change, strengthen governance and compliance, optimise processes and resources, and develop high-performing teams capable of delivering sustainable operational and commercial results.
