Overview
This role drives business-critical change, delivering medium to large projects that improve operational effectiveness and support strategic objectives. Projects typically last 6–12 months and involve ambiguity, requiring strong leadership and solution shaping to meet stakeholder needs.
As Project Manager, you will own the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution through to operational handover and business acceptance—ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality. You will provide direction, manage stakeholders across multiple functions, oversee project finances and resources, and maintain governance through risk management, reporting, and quality assurance.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Proven track record in successfully delivering medium – large IT projects;
- Experience working with IT vendors, building successful partnerships, and assuring IT change;
- Experience of managing stakeholders across all levels within IT and the business;
- Proven experience in assessing the feasibility of projects and executing the planning and approval process of small-medium scale projects.
