We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Canary Wharf office as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and new starters. This role is central to delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house experience, ensuring all guests are welcomed warmly and supported efficiently while maintaining the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and new starters.
  • Manage visitor coordination and meeting room readiness.
  • Perform office compliance checks and support the Office & Facilities Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Handle post and delivery management.
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and professional workplace across both North and South side office spaces.
  • Support company inductions, office events, and facilities coordination to ensure operational excellence.
  • Perform manual handling duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency and demonstrable awareness of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience working with multiple IT platforms.
  • Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to meet, greet, and be friendly.
