You will be responsible for supporting our Industrial & Commercial Sales Teams within a pressured environment, to deliver a high-quality sales experience to target customers end to end, from receipt of tender through to contract acceptance, ensuring all processes are adhered to and ensuring accuracy of data. In addition to the responsibilities within the Sales Support Role, the Senior SSE has the extra responsibilities of supporting the Sales Support team with training and query resolution, acting as a ‘go to’ person within the team, and as a delegated authority for the Team Leader, with involvement in work allocation and process improvements.
Please note this is a Fixed Term role until 28/08/2026.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Demonstrable experience of the use of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, including use of graphs and formulas.
- Experience of working in a Sales environment.
- Experience and understanding of Sales Support Tender Set up and Pricing Processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the energy industry and energy markets.
