In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape and deliver the technology strategy for our Salesforce landscape while guiding a high-performing team of IT professionals. As a core member of the global IT & Change leadership team, you’ll build strong partnerships across the business, act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and champion technology solutions that enable commercial success. You will oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with our enterprise architecture. Alongside driving technology-enabled transformation, you’ll ensure a robust and cost-effective Salesforce support model is in place, monitor service performance, and stay ahead of emerging innovations in energy retail technology.
