Senior Lettings Negotiator in Surrey

We're a £1m turnover business. We want to be £2m soon. We're looking for an experienced sales superstar to help us get there.

The Role

You'll be opening opportunities for landlords across West London, Surrey, and Berkshire to discover Smarter Rent's furnished lettings model. We don't hard-sell. Our unique offering speaks for itself you just need to create more conversations and build the relationships. ASTs no longer exist, and landlords are actively looking for a better alternative.

• Convert warm leads people already interested in what we do, ready to listen.
• Chase referrals landlords recommending us, giving you easy wins and stronger relationships.
• Do cold outreach prospecting new landlords who haven't heard of us yet but fit our ideal profile.
• Open doors. Get conversations started. Let our model do the selling.
• Help landlords set their houses up to our standard advise on setup, furnishings, photos, and what it takes to perform well.
• Build relationships that last. Retain your clients, and your income grows. Simple.
• Own your territory. You're not managing properties you're acquiring them and keeping landlords happy.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who's done this before. You know how to work warm leads, nurture referrals, and make cold outreach not feel cold.
• You understand property lettings, yields, management fees, and why landlords care about cash flow and hassle reduction.
• You're confident. You can explain complex stuff simply. Landlords trust you because you actually listen to their concerns.
• You're organized and self-motivated. We give you the territory and tools. You get the results.
• You want to build something real not just hit monthly targets and move on. You're excited by growth and opportunity.

The Package

• £40,000 basic salary
• OTE uncapped we don't believe in unrealistic targets. £70,000 first year for the right person.
• Retain clients and your income grows you keep earning on the relationships you build
• Work your own hours we don't care when you work, just that you deliver
• Work from our Richmond office, home, or wherever you work best flexibility that actually works
