Acquire and retain landlord clients across West London, Surrey and Berkshire.
This is a commercial acquisition role - not property management or tenant-facing work.
We manage ~130 furnished rental properties and are scaling from £1m to £2m turnover.
With ASTs officially gone, landlords are actively seeking alternatives to traditional lettings.
We've built something they want -you just need to open the doors and build the relationships.
What You'll Do
Manage the full acquisition pipeline: warm leads ? conversations ? onboarding ? retained clients Nurture warm leads (existing prospects ready to engage) Convert referrals from landlords already recommending us Execute targeted cold outreach to high-fit landlord prospects Advise landlords on setup, furnishing, and performance optimization Build long-term relationships that grow your own earning potential Work independently with flexibility on hours and location What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in property ideally lettings acquisition, lettings valuation, or estate agency property sales.
We need someone who understands property and can build relationships; the exact sector matters less than your core sales skills.
Proven track record acquiring and retaining commercial clients Deep understanding of landlord economics: yields, management, cash flow drivers Consultative selling approach; you listen more than you pitch Self-motivated and results-focused Organized and independent Genuine interest in building something at scale What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits £40,000 base salary Commission structure (uncapped):
Year 1: 10% of average client fees (£700 per landlord acquired)
Retention: 5% per annum for the life of the client (£350/year ongoing)
Example:
Acquire 10 landlords in year one = £7,000 commission.
Add retained clients = realistic first-year OTE of £70,000+
