We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home, providing high-quality care and support to young people. This is a senior role overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management, safeguarding, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding care and support to children/young people, promoting their well-being, education, and development.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, behaviour management, and therapeutic plans.
- Lead, manage, and develop the residential care team, including training, supervision, appraisals, and rota management.
- Manage the home's operations, including budgets, resources, health safety, and the physical environment.
- Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations, Ofsted requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain professional relationships with external agencies, families, and partner organisations.
- Participate in on-call duties and flexible working as required.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
