Job Purpose: We are seeking a Senior Residential Children's Worker to play a key role in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care to children and young people within a residential setting. You will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting staff development, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding requirements.
