About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative in Sandbach. The successful candidate will have experience with phone-based sales and will be enthusiastic about making calls throughout the day. This is not a cold-calling role, as you will have pre-qualified leads of individuals who may be interested in making claims for matters such as mortgage mis-sellings and the diesel emissions scandal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, provided by the company.
- Engage with potential claimants, explaining the claim process and the benefits of filing a claim.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all phone interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets to drive business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive claimant experience.
- Accurately record and update claimant information in the company\’s CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a phone-based sales role is preferable.
- Comfortable and happy to make calls throughout the day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for career progression.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
