At SMarter Recruitment, we are expanding our care division and looking for a confident, proactive Recruitment Consultant to build and manage a desk within the care sector. Youll be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery, working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a care recruitment desk with a mix of temp and perm vacancies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with care providers across the region
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity
  • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in line with client expectations
  • Deliver a consultative, compliant, and solution-led service to both clients and candidates
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process from lead generation to placement

About You:

  • Proven experience in recruitment is essential ideally within the health or care sector
  • A strong understanding of both the sales and delivery aspects of 360 recruitment
  • Confident, articulate, and professional in communication
  • Driven by results, with a proactive and commercially focused mindset
  • Highly organised, able to manage a busy desk and prioritise effectively
