We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paraplanner to join our financial services clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial planners by preparing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans for clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various IT applications to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Ability to utilise various platforms such as IO, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, Voyant.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial plans and reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products, market trends, and client portfolios.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to gather necessary information from clients and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Utilise software tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel for documentation, communication, and data analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Organise and manage client files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and securely stored.

Skills

  • Qualifications in Financial Planning are essential (CII Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning, DipPP, DipPFS or similar).
  • Proven background in Paraplanning is essential.
