Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for designing 3D treatments using Smartee's Smart check design software.
- Support customer by phone, email and/or remote support.
- Active collaboration with sales and customer service group to fully meet customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree above or equivalent experience/certifications.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- No limit to majors, but Medical/Dental Medicine majors is preferred.
- Holding a PSW visa.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
- Chinese and English can be used as working languages.
- Systematic training and long-term learning time.
