As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will design and lead the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll ensure scalable, secure architectures while guiding teams through best practices and integration strategies. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs that maximize platform capabilities.
Your responsibilities include:
- Own all end-to-end technical aspects of Salesforce programs, including data migration, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies to deliver increased business value.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly, using creative and prescriptive thinking.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, ensuring issues are resolved completely.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges with clients and partners.
- Review and refine project direction, approach, and key deliverables to keep programs on track and maintainable.
- Partner with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow the practice and contribute to the community’s knowledge base.
- Shape program vision and advise on enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform.
- Lead technical architecture for enterprise-level engagements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Your Profile includes essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Certified Application Architect and System Architect.
- Extensive work experience in enterprise architecture with proficiency in Salesforce platform.
- Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.
- A great listener with the ability to communicate with people in diverse roles.
- Proven ability to analyse, design, and optimise business processes via technology and integration.
- Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems.
- Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization.
- Application design and development background.
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.
- Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
- Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.
- Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.
- Certified Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Having Salesforce Automotive Domain experience.
