Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Transformation Director (Insurance Back Office Operations) @ Bridgend, Wales, UK (Hybrid Working).
- Key area: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the transformation roadmap for back-office operations, aligning with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Process Optimization: Oversee redesign of core processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Technology Enablement: Partner with IT and vendors to implement automation, workflow tools, and data-driven solutions.
- Cultural Change: Champion a shift towards a customer-centric, agile, and collaborative culture within operations teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in.
