The Role
As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will work closely with clients to understand their business and their existing technologies. In this role you will use your knowledge of React JS and web applications to build and design a complete solution for the integration, extension or enhancement of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (PWA/MRT) platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions.
- Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions.
- Share knowledge with the team and help mentor newer developers.
- Impact assessment of high priority/critical enhancement requests and track solution delivery end to end.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, designing and building custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Service Cloud platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code (using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.) to implement Service Cloud features and functionalities.
- Connect Salesforce Service Cloud with other internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure the stability and scalability of Service Cloud applications.
- Continuously maintain and improve existing Service Cloud solutions, providing ongoing support and addressing user needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features, best practices, and technologies.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Good experience in Retail industry working as Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its functionalities.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Ant, etc.).
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Experience with full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
