Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Good experience in Retail industry working as Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II .
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its functionalities.
- Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Ant, etc.).
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Experience with full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Good to have:
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
