We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM UK Payroll Lead to provide expert-level functional support and leadership across payroll operations and implementations. You will be the go-to authority for UK statutory payroll, ensuring seamless payroll processing, compliance, and system optimization within a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, resolving complex issues within SLA.
- Own end-to-end UK payroll cycles: pre-validation, calculation, payment, costing, and post-payroll reconciliation.
- Manage UK statutory processes: RTI (FPS/EPS), P45/P60, statutory payments (SMP/SSP), auto-enrolment pensions, and HMRC integrations.
- Configure and maintain payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
- Lead impact analysis, testing, and validation for quarterly statutory updates.
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver functional specs, configurations, and testing support.
- Document SOPs, root cause analyses, and functional designs.
Qualifications
- Deep hands-on expertise in UK payroll statutory rules: PAYE, NI, RTI, auto-enrolment, Apprenticeship Levy, and statutory payments.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration: Elements, Balances, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL/HSDL.
- Strong background supporting live payroll cycles in a production environment with strict SLAs.
- Experience handling Fusion quarterly updates for UK payroll compliance.
- Ability to lead implementations, troubleshoot complex payroll issues, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
