Conduct business analysis, solution design and configuration based on client requirements. Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, data forms, smart lists, task lists and dashboards.
Design and maintain integrations using Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data loads and automation. Build and troubleshoot metadata structures, mappings, validations and transformation logic.
Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. Prepare functional and technical documentation, user guides and test scripts. Collaborate with finance, accounting and IT teams for system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and provide L2 and L3 production support.
