Smartedge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Digital Business Analyst (eCRM Enablement) @Telford, UK (Hybrid Working).

Key area: Digital Platforms Run and Change is focused on running and evolving a diverse range of platforms - some which host and enable customer facing services, and others that also create and manage their own end user digital customer journeys.

We are looking for a multi-disciplined individual who is able to identify and efficiently convey the customer's requirements through IT systems skills, communication and understanding. The postholder will need to be proficient in Systems Analysis Techniques and able to impact proposals and perform System and High-Level Design Analysis.

Key skills include:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skill.
  • Able to use Data modelling techniques.
  • Experience with the Windows Suite and MS Office applications.
  • Strong experience in Requirements & Analysis on large scale and/or multi project environments, Data Capture, Data Analysis.
  • Detailed understanding of Systems Life Cycles, in particular the requirements and analysis phases.
  • Strong communications with the ability to build and maintain good Client relationships.
  • Being able to adopt a flexible approach with the ability to work under own initiative.
  • Candidates need to be resilient in nature and able to deal with conflict management.
  • Will need strong decision making and judgment, influencing skills, presentation skills to development areas and to client base with strong evidence of skill competency around flexibility.
