We are looking for a candidate that will help build out Process Optimisation capabilities in the Identity and Access Management space.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing a Current Process Map Repository (in line with the wider bank Enterprise Process Mapping repository), coordinating process/value stream mapping reviews and managing the implementation of the optimisation efforts to drive increased efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate close with the IAM Teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Governance) as well as coordinate efforts with external consultancies, the central bank Business Architecture team and other Transformation Programmes.
This role requires an experienced transformation professional with excellent communication skills, workshop experience, Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent experience, BPMN 2.0 knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping and Analysis
- Creation of As-Is and Target State process maps following BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Analyse Current-State processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Workshop Facilitation
- Plan, organize and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate findings and co-design target states & improvements.
- Lean Methodology Implementation
- Apply Lean principles to identify toil, streamline workflows and enhance value delivered.
- Ability to baseline metrics of current processes to track optimisation against.
- Delivery Management
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the optimisation book of work ensuring interlock with Product, Engineering, Governance, Communications and Operations Teams.
- Translate Optimisation recommendations into Business Cases, Roadmaps and Backlogs of work.
- Develop project plans and report progress against plans in Transformation Steercos and with relevant stakeholders.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in creating detailed process maps and process documentation.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 framework and value stream mapping methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and their application to process optimization.
- Excellent facilitation skills with experience running workshops for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing and delivering optimisation initiatives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to enable collaboration and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in using process modelling tools (Blueworks preferred but experience using other tools also accepted).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Experience in a consulting or business transformation role.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or change management methodologies
