The ideal candidates must possess an analytical mindset with a domain understanding of Trade Finance / contingent liabilities, paired with hands-on experience in system-to-system data migrations, and the technical acumen to bridge the gap between business operations and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops with Trade Operations, Risk Management, and Compliance teams to capture business logic, accounting rules, and regulatory limits. Document end-to-end business requirements and guide developers and QA in the implementation life cycle Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management: Act as the primary bridge between Corporate Banking business units, Risk compliance, and the IT delivery teams. Draft user training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and delta-training materials highlighting workflow changes in the system. Testing
