We are looking for a Netskope Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, implement, and support cloud security and SASE solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Netskope CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and DLP, and will work closely with security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure access to cloud applications and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SME for Netskope solutions, providing design, deployment, and operational support.
- Implement and manage Netskope CASB, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), ZTNA, and DLP policies.
- Integrate Netskope with identity providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, LDAP) and enterprise security tools.
- Monitor security events, analyze alerts, and support incident response and troubleshooting.
- Define and optimize security policies for cloud apps (SaaS), web traffic, and remote users.
- Support SASE architecture and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Collaborate with network, SOC, endpoint, and cloud teams to ensure end-to-end security coverage.
- Perform upgrades, configuration changes, and health checks for Netskope environments.
