Your responsibilities:
- Organize, track, and manage incoming technical issues.
- Provide advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers, identifying and prioritising both interim and long-term corrective actions.
- Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving.
- Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems.
- Root cause analysis and fault detection handling.
- Able to interpret automotive wiring diagrams.
- Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN and BUS networks.
- Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools and the associated technical procedures.
