Your responsibilities:

  • Organize, track, and manage incoming technical issues.
  • Provide advanced diagnostic support to our global network of retailers, identifying and prioritising both interim and long-term corrective actions.
  • Interpret and translate complex engineering information while identifying and rectifying deficiencies in existing diagnostic information pathways to enable accurate and timely customer issue resolution.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Demonstrate experience in automotive service technical problem solving.
  • Experience working with and diagnosing automotive complex systems.
  • Root cause analysis and fault detection handling.
  • Able to interpret automotive wiring diagrams.
  • Experience working with and diagnosing LIN, CAN and BUS networks.
  • Experience using standard diagnostics tools, oscilloscope, multimeters, scan tools and the associated technical procedures.
