The Data Analyst/Data Architect will support the Reporting Architecture workstream, focusing on remediation planning, evidence quality assurance, and control & metric design. The role involves working with platform owners, analyzing current vs. target state, and ensuring robust governance for reporting architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate information gathered from platform owners regarding current and target state.
- Maintain and update progress tracking from current to target state.
- Develop remediation plans for gaps identified during architecture assessment.
- Ensure timely execution and closure of remediation activities.
- Validate evidence submitted for compliance and completeness.
- Implement QA processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting architecture data.
- Design and implement controls to monitor reporting architecture compliance.
- Define and track key metrics to measure progress and effectiveness of remediation efforts.
- Work closely with platform owners, architects, and governance teams.
- Facilitate workshops and questionnaires to capture current and target state requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 8–10 years in Data Analysis, Data Architecture, or Reporting Architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of data modeling, reporting frameworks, and architecture principles. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and metadata management.
- Governance & Compliance: Experience in designing controls and metrics for data governance. Familiarity with QA processes for evidence validation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): DAMA, CDMP, or equivalent in Data Management.
- Strong understanding of reporting architecture and remediation planning.
- Ability to design and implement effective controls and metrics.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on evidence validation and compliance.
