We don't just stock brands, we build platforms for them.
The Role This is a creative production role at the heart of how Smartech and its brand partners show up to the world.
You'll be the person turning campaign ideas, product launches, and in-store moments into compelling content — graphics, video, copy, and social-first assets — produced fast and to a high standard.
Think of how Sephora or Selfridges produce slick, brand-consistent content across social, email, and in-store screens at speed.
That's the spirit of this role.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media lead to bring campaign concepts to life visually, using both traditional design skills and modern AI tools to move from brief to finished asset quickly.
This isn't a role where you wait for a finished brief and execute literally — you'll be expected to bring creative judgement, suggest better visual directions, and use AI tools to speed up production without ever letting quality slip.
What You'll Be Doing Content Creation Plan, shoot, and produce content for social media, email, website, and in-store screens Write and edit short-form copy for captions, posts, and campaign assets Adapt content across formats and channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, email, in-store, partner channels) Maintain a content calendar and a well-organised asset library Graphic Design & Visual Production Design graphics, templates, and visual assets for campaigns and brand partner activations Ensure all output is consistent with Smartech's and partners' brand guidelines Support in-store visual merchandising and event collateral where needed Edit photo and video content to a polished, publish-ready standard AI Tools & Workflow Use AI tools (e. g. image generation, AI video/editing tools, copywriting assistants) to speed up ideation, drafting, and production Prompt and refine AI-generated outputs to match brand tone and visual identity Stay current on new AI tools and techniques relevant to content and design, and bring useful ones into the team's workflow Balance AI-assisted speed with hands-on craft — knowing when to use AI and when to do it manually Internal Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media lead to turn campaign briefs into visual and written content Coordinate with brand partners, agencies, and external creators on co-branded content where needed Support launches, activations, and events at our retail spaces with on-the-day content capture Feed insight back into the team on what content is resonating with audiences.
What We're Looking For You might come from a retailer, media business, agency, social-first brand, or creative studio — what matters most is hands-on experience creating content and visuals at pace.
We'd love to hear from people who have: Experience in content creation, graphic design, or social media production A strong portfolio showing range across graphic design, photo/video, and copy Practical, regular use of AI tools in a content or design workflow (e. g.
Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Chat GPT, Claude, AI video/editing tools) Proficiency in core design tools (e. g.
Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) Strong eye for visual composition, typography, and brand consistency Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content pieces against deadlines An interest in innovation, consumer technology, lifestyle, or culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
