About Smartech: Smartech is the home of innovation, a destination where people discover, try, and experience the world's most exciting technology, health, gaming, and lifestyle brands. Our experience-led concept stores, based in London and New York, give the best brands in the world a stage to connect with curious, discerning consumers. Our brand partner roster includes names like Amazon, PlayStation, Whoop, Loop Earplugs, LG, Devialet, and dozens more across tech, audio, health, and mobility. We don't just stock brands, we build platforms for them.

The Role: This is a commercial and creative role at the intersection of brand partnerships and marketing. You will be the person who looks at our brand partner roster, spots marketing opportunities, and builds compelling campaigns that help those brands grow on our platform and beyond. You'll pitch ideas to partners, build campaigns from scratch, and deliver them across every channel available to you. This is not a traditional in-house marketing role. You're not managing our brand's own ads. You are a campaign architect identifying what each brand partner needs, selling them on a creative solution, and making it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Brand Partner Campaigns: Build strong relationships with brand partners and understand their marketing goals; Develop creative campaign ideas tailored to each partner; Pitch partnership and marketing opportunities across Smartech channels; Help manage campaigns from planning through delivery and reporting.
  • Marketing & Activation: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across social, email, influencer, events, content, and in-store experiences; Work closely with internal teams, creators, agencies, and production partners; Support launches, activations, and partner events at our retail spaces; Ensure campaigns are delivered to a high creative and commercial standard.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify new campaign and partnership opportunities within our brand network; Use campaign insights and results to improve future activity; Support the growth of Smartech’s brand partnership offering and campaign revenue.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO on brand partner strategy, new opportunities, and key campaign moments; Coordinate across the Smartech marketing team including our Social Media and Content leads to ensure campaigns are fully integrated; Feed insight back into the wider business on what's resonating with brand partners and their customers.

What We’re Looking For: You might come from a retailer, media business, agency, publisher, platform, or consumer brand — what matters most is experience working on brand campaigns and partnerships in a fast-paced environment. We’d love to hear from people who have:

  • Experience in brand partnerships, marketing campaigns, or co-marketing activity.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing.
  • Confidence managing external partners, agencies, or creators.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commercial mindset and ability to spot opportunities.
  • An interest in innovation, consumer technology, lifestyle, or culture.
