As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of key brand partnerships across our luxury retail concessions. This role is focused on driving long-term growth, commercial performance, and strategic alignment between Smartech and our brand partners. You will act as a senior point of contact, balancing commercial insight with exceptional relationship management.
Strategic Account Management- Own and develop a portfolio of established brand partners, acting as their primary day-to-day and strategic contact.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior brand stakeholders to drive long-term commercial success.
- Lead regular business reviews, presenting performance insights, trends, and recommendations to improve results.
- Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts, including activations, space optimisation, and performance improvements.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and consumer-based analytics, identifying key insights, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement strategies that align brand objectives with company goals.
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium brand representation and customer experience across all retail concessions.
- Support the design and execution of innovative in-store activations tailored to luxury and technology-focused audiences.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new brand partners, ensuring a seamless transition into the Smartech retail ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to brands, ensuring expectations, processes, and commercial terms are clearly understood.
- Partner with brand stakeholders to ensure optimal use of retail space, in line with commercial agreements and merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of store layouts and capacity to ensure all contracted brands are appropriately represented.
- Support initiatives that optimise return on investment for brand partners without compromising customer flow or experience.
Proven experience in account management within retail, luxury, technology, or experience-led environments. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage and grow long-term client relationships. Confidence working with data and analytics to inform decision-making and performance improvements. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
