The Role:
- Revenue & Growth
- Drive online sales to £200K+/month within 12–18 months.
- Own the e-commerce P&L — budget, CAC, LTV, margins.
- Build and execute the end-to-end commerce strategy.
- Master-level Shopify optimisation (we’re on Shopify).
- CRO, UX, site speed, and on-page experience.
- Technical oversight and integrations.
- Paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Organic: SEO, content, email and SMS (Klaviyo or similar).
- Test new channels. Double down on what works. Kill what doesn’t.
- Email and SMS automation, segmentation, flows.
- Loyalty, VIP, exclusive drops.
- Post-purchase journey optimisation.
- Own GA4, Shopify analytics, attribution, dashboards.
- Track every number that matters: traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV, ROAS.
- Run continuous A/B testing.
- Product selection and category optimisation.
- Activate brand partnerships online.
- Turn our IRL events (1,000+ person crowds) into digital momentum.

- Scaled an e-commerce site from £0 to £200K+/month. Yourself.
- Shopify, Klaviyo expert.
- Analytics obsessed - GA4, attribution, SQL or strong data viz.
- Full-stack operator: CRO, SEO, email/SMS, merchandising, customer service.
- Scrappy and strategic - you’ve built systems from scratch, not inherited them.
