  • Full-Funnel Marketing
    • Paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
    • Organic: SEO, content, email and SMS (Klaviyo or similar).
    • Test new channels. Double down on what works. Kill what doesn’t.
  • Customer Experience & Retention
    • Email and SMS automation, segmentation, flows.
    • Loyalty, VIP, exclusive drops.
    • Post-purchase journey optimisation.
  • Analytics & Optimisation
    • Own GA4, Shopify analytics, attribution, dashboards.

    • Run continuous A/B testing.
  • Merchandising & Partnerships
    • Product selection and category optimisation.
    • Activate brand partnerships online.
    • Turn our IRL events (1,000+ person crowds) into digital momentum.

    You’ve Done This

    • Scaled an e-commerce site from £0 to £200K+/month. Yourself.

    • Analytics obsessed - GA4, attribution, SQL or strong data viz.
    • Full-stack operator: CRO, SEO, email/SMS, merchandising, customer service.
    • Scrappy and strategic - you’ve built systems from scratch, not inherited them.

    Good to have

    • Built viral campaigns that drove real revenue.
    • Omnichannel experience - physical retail + online.
    • Managed brand collabs and partner launches online.
    • Event marketing amplification.
    • Worked in fast-paced startups or innovative retail.

    What You Get

    • Competitive base + performance-linked bonus tied directly to revenue.
    • Full ownership of a high-growth digital channel from day one.
