We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Executive to support our global HR function. This role drives HR operations, people support and Payroll. You will work closely with our People Manager and wider HR team to deliver smooth processes, build strong employee relationships, and support our retail and back-office teams across the UK, US, and EU. If you love bringing structure to fast-moving environments, supporting people, and delivering reliable, high-quality work, this is the place for you.

HR Executive responsibilities include:

  • Execute payroll preparation, payroll reports and keeping organized records
  • Assist in HR post-recruitment processes like making contracts and supporting the onboarding process
  • Performing administrative duties such as managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events, scanning, filing and logging account documents
  • Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, HR policies and procedures and executing policies
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment requirements and internal policies with the HR team
