Objectives of the Role
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the founders’ calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Household Support: Oversee hiring and management of house help, including nannies and maintenance personnel, as needed.
- Repair & Maintenance: Handle repairs and maintenance for both personal and office-related needs.
- Event & Booking Management: Assist with planning and booking external engagements, including business meetings and personal events.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support at the workplace, ensuring timely communication and resolution of tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar PA or administrative role.
- Is highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
- Can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is resourceful and proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems.
- Proficient in scheduling tools, travel booking systems, and basic office software.
