SmartdrainUK is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Drainage & Water Mains Claims Handler to join our growing claims team. This role involves managing insurance claims relating to underground drainage systems and external water supply pipes, including burst or leaking water mains and blocked or collapsed drains. You will be responsible for handling claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring a high standard of service while effectively controlling costs and maintaining policy compliance.
