The Clinical Systems Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solutions across healthcare organisations. This role encompasses deployment activities for leading EPR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, Lorenzo, and similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they align with organisational objectives.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Support solution design, testing, and validation to ensure the system meets agreed requirements and delivers expected benefits.
- Assist with change management activities, including process mapping, user training, and go-live support.
