We’re looking for a commercially driven, high-performing Head of Sales to lead and grow SmartCo’s presence in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/FMCG sector, with a strong focus on enterprise business applications and transformation projects. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic sales leadership, hands-on client development, and creative input into our go-to-market approach. SmartCo already has trusted, long-standing relationships with multiple FTSE100 clients, and compelling case studies / success stories to support and accelerate new business conversations. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how SmartCo shows up in the market—collaborating on sales campaigns, thought leadership content, and branded initiatives like our SmartConnect podcast, white papers, and industry events. Client Growth & Business Development Build and maintain strong senior relationships within the CPG/FMCG sector Identify, shape, and win new business opportunities focused on enterprise applications and transformation. Leverage your network, industry insights, and SmartCo’s delivery credentials to develop a strong pipeline. Contribute to marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including our SmartConnect podcast, white papers, and hosted/sponsored events. Bring creativity and commercial acumen to how we position SmartCo’s services and capabilities. Work closely with Consulting Partners, SMEs, Delivery, PMO and resourcing teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery. Shape outcome-based proposals and SOWs, with commercial clarity and client focus. Demonstrated success in senior sales/business development roles within technology consulting or professional services. ERP, CRM, HR, or supply chain systems) into the CPG sector.
