We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle RightNow Consultant to join a project on a subcontract basis. The successful candidate will have strong experience implementing, customising and maintaining complex RightNow solutions within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and customise Oracle B2C Service (RightNow) solutions
- Configure workflows, integrations and platform extensions
- Maintain and enhance existing RightNow environments
- Provide technical expertise across the platform
- Support delivery of customer service solutions
- Minimum 8+ years relevant experience
- Strong expertise in RightNow / Oracle B2C Service cloud
- Proven experience delivering enterprise service platform implementations
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
