We are seeking an experienced GCP Cloud Architect with a strong background in telecommunications (OSS/BSS) to design, build, and optimize scalable cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives.

  • Architecture Design & Planning: Design highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud architectures for OSS systems (e.g., network inventory, fault & performance management, service assurance) using GCP services such as GKE, Compute Engine, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
  • Cloud Migration Strategy: Lead migration of legacy/on-prem OSS applications to GCP with minimal downtime and data loss. Implement robust security practices, including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation, aligned with telecom standards.
  • Performance & Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for efficiency using Cloud Monitoring and Logging tools.
  • Programming/scripting skills (Python, Java, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and data management.
  • Experience working in OSS/BSS environments and telecom operational processes (fault & performance management).
