We are recruiting on behalf of a consultancy supporting a major aviation transformation programme. They are looking for experienced professionals to join their team in either of the following roles:
- Product Manager
- Product Change Manager
Overview
These are hands‑on delivery roles at the heart of product‑led change across aviation operational environments. Candidates must have aviation industry experience and a proven track record in product delivery, change management, or operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product‑led initiatives across operational and business units
- Support adoption and change management of new digital, data, or AI‑enabled tools
- Collaborate with product, data science, and technology teams to deliver roadmap objectives
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders through structured storytelling
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved
- Bring pace, structure, and clarity to complex and ambiguous environments
About You
- Aviation industry experience required (airlines, airports, regulators, aerospace/OEM, or aviation tech)
- Experience leading projects or programmes end‑to‑end
- Proven ability to manage change adoption and operational improvement
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing through structured thinking
