Key Responsibilities We\’re looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to support enterprise-wide Specialty Lines and CRM initiatives . The focus is on defining robust data architecture, governance, and integration across complex business systems.Define and maintain enterprise data architecture frameworks and modelsTranslate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutionsLead data integration , migration, and MDM initiativesEstablish data standards, governance, and quality controlsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategyAdvise on data platforms, tools, and best practicesMentor junior data architecture and data management teamsKey Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Enterprise Data ArchitectStrong background in data modelling, integration, and database designInsurance domain experience preferred (Specialty Lines or CRM highly desirable)Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworksStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
