We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing initiatives for enterprise-scale projects within the General Insurance domain. This role requires a strong blend of test management, data validation, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on exposure to modern testing practices in Agile delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams
- Manage UAT activities, defect triaging, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with business users, suppliers, vendors, development teams, and project leadership
- Lead testing activities across integrated application ecosystems and complex data flows
- Ensure test readiness, environment coordination, access management, and delivery tracking
- Provide guidance to QA teams and ensure adherence to testing standards and processes
- Monitor project progress, risks, audits, and status reporting for large-scale programs
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Test Manager within enterprise delivery environments
- Mandatory experience in UK General Insurance / P&C Insurance domain
- Good understanding of underwriting, claims, policy administration, finance, and reinsurance processes
- Ability to work with suppliers/vendors and manage UAT activities effectively
- Hands-on experience in Data Validation, ETL/Data Migration Testing, and data-driven projects
- Experience in Web Application Testing and Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Expertise in Jira and test lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and client-facing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Reinsurance domain experience
- Exposure to API Testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI
- Understanding of Automation Testing tools like Selenium or Tosca
- Basic knowledge of Performance Testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
- Exposure to AI/GenAI testing concepts is an advantage

- Experience working within interconnected enterprise application landscapes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage distributed QA teams and drive delivery ownership
