This is not a desk job. This is a front-row, on-camera, high-energy role inside the world’s leading trader coaching business. You’ll be working alongside elite traders, filming and documenting live trading days on our state-of-the-art trading floor at Hampton Court, attending live roadshows across the UK, and telling real, human stories about people transforming their lives through trading, mentorship, and cutting‑edge AI tools.

If you’re someone who lights up a room, loves being on camera, thrives on energy, and knows how to turn moments into magnetic content—this role was made for you.

About Us

Learn to Trade and SmartCharts are regarded as the world’s number one trader coaching company, holding that position for 23 years. We operate trading floors and training centres globally and specialise in helping everyday people learn how to trade the financial markets using professional‑grade strategies and AI‑powered tools— all delivered through an exciting, immersive, and life‑changing client journey.

Role

You will be the face, energy, and storyteller of our live experiences. Your job is to capture the vibe, the people, the wins, the journeys—and turn them into highly engaging, story-driven social media content.

  • Filming and posting Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Stories content in real time
  • Documenting live trading days on our Hampton Court trading floor
  • Attending UK roadshows and live events, capturing behind‑the‑scenes moments
  • Meeting and greeting clients, traders, and coaches
  • Showcasing client journeys, case studies, and personal breakthroughs
  • Turning real moments into compelling, shareable, brand‑building content
  • Helping shape the public image and personality of a global brand

This is storytelling, not corporate posting.

Who This Is Perfect For

  • Has a big personality and confident on‑camera presence
  • Is naturally warm, engaging, playful, and people‑oriented
  • Loves social media and understands what performs
  • Is stylish, well‑presented, and comfortable being the front‑facing energy of a brand
  • Thrives in fast‑moving, live environments
  • Is highly creative, intuitive, and proactive
  • Can work independently but loves being around people
  • Has a strong “can‑do” attitude and learns fast

You don’t need to be a trader—but you must love people, stories, and momentum.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience creating high‑engagement social media content
  • Confident filming yourself and others on a phone or camera
  • Excellent instinct for story, emotion, and narrative
  • Comfortable posting in real time
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reels & Stories
  • Bonus: experience in events, lifestyle brands, or creator‑led content

Location & Flexibility

Hybrid role: work from home + Hampton Court trading floor. Travel to UK roadshows and live events (fully expensed). Flexible, dynamic, non‑corporate working environment.

Why This Role Is Special

  • You’ll work inside a global, high‑performance brand
  • You’ll be surrounded by successful traders and ambitious clients
  • Your content will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people
  • You’ll play a key role in telling real transformation stories
  • You’ll grow fast—creatively, professionally, and personally

This role suits someone who wants visibility, excitement, creativity, and real‑world energy—not someone who wants to sit quietly behind a screen.
