About Greg & the Group
I’m the founder of a global education and technology group operating across trading, software, AI, and digital education. Through Learn2Trade and SmartCharts, my organisations mentor and support over half a million people worldwide in becoming confident, self-directed traders. The group is widely regarded as the world’s #1 trader education business, combining live education, proprietary software, AI-driven tools, and funded trading models. Alongside my commercial ventures, I’m deeply involved in philanthropy, including the development of a fully built village in the Philippines, supporting education, housing, and long-term community development. On a personal level, I have a large and growing family (four children, with a fifth on the way), travel frequently, and am involved in a wide range of fast-moving projects. Life is full, exciting — and non-stop.
This role exists to help me scale the group, protect my time, and increase leverage across everything I do.
The Role
This is not a traditional EA role. I’m looking for a highly capable, proactive, can-do Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys operating at the intersection of business, strategy, marketing, and lifestyle. You’ll act as a true right hand — equally comfortable:
- driving business priorities forward
- handling complex logistics and diary management
- supporting marketing and growth initiatives
- organising family and travel arrangements
- and making things happen without being asked twice
If you’re entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and love being close to the action — this role will suit you perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
Founder & Business Support
- Act as a gatekeeper and force-multiplier for the Founder
- Manage a complex, fast-changing diary across multiple businesses and time zones
- Prioritise meetings, projects, and opportunities with strong commercial judgement
- Prepare briefs, summaries, follow-ups, and action plans
- Liaise with senior leadership, partners, advisors, and external stakeholders
Commercial & Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing initiatives, launches, content coordination, and campaigns
- Support project execution across software, AI, trading, and education ventures
- Coordinate with marketing, digital, and operations teams
- Track priorities, deadlines, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Lifestyle, Travel & Family Logistics
- Plan and manage UK and international travel (business & personal)
- Support holiday planning, schedules, and logistics for a large family
- Handle confidential personal matters with discretion and good judgement
General Leverage
- Take ownership of tasks and problems end-to-end
- Anticipate needs before they arise
- Bring structure, pace, and clarity to a busy environment
- Be comfortable wearing multiple hats as required
The Ideal Candidate
You are:
- Exceptionally organised, proactive, and resourceful
- Calm under pressure and great at prioritising
- Commercially aware with strong common sense
- Comfortable dealing with senior people and fast decisions
You likely have:
- Experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or senior operations/marketing role
- A marketing, digital, or entrepreneurial background (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, or high-growth businesses
- A “no job too small, no challenge too big” mindset
You are not:
- Someone who waits to be told what to do
- Rigid, overly corporate, or process-bound
- Looking for a quiet or predictable role
Why This Role Is Special
- You’ll work directly with the Founder of a global business
- Exposure to cutting-edge projects in AI, software, trading, and education
- Genuine responsibility, trust, and influence
- Variety — no two days are the same
- Opportunity to grow with the group and expand the role over time
