Mission:
In this role you will be responsible for providing sourcing support on positions within our Sales department. You\’ll work closely with our a Recruiter to help build and maintain strong top of funnel activity.
Outcomes:
- Source: Reach out to a minimum of 100 sourced candidates per week to assigned roles.
- Verify: Ensure candidates match key criteria outlined for assigned positions.
- Submit: Present qualified candidates to Recruiter, to conduct additional screening interviews.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience sourcing sales and sales leadership candidates
- Experience sourcing candidates in the United States
- Strong ability to attract and sell passive candidates
- Experience with Greenhouse is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing tools such as X-Ray search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards.
- Ability to take coaching and feedback
