*About the Role:*
Smartcall Healthcare is proud to partner with a specialist service located in High Wycombe. This service specialist eating disorder service for mixed gender adults.

You will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with a unique approach to delivering high-quality care.

As the Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Hospital Director with the operational delivery of nursing services and the overall running of the hospital. You will provide leadership to the valued nursing team, working collaboratively with a full Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)—including the Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager—to design and implement care packages and ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

*Requirements:*
* A relevant *nursing qualification* ( RMN ) ( RNLD )
* A *valid NMC registration* with no restrictions
* Experience leading a team
* Experience with Eating Disorders
* Previous experience working in a similar environment
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK without S P O N S O R S H I P
* Strong team-working skills
