Smartbox Assistive Technology is seeking an experienced operational leader to unite people, processes and systems to create an exceptional customer experience. You will manage the journey from enquiry and quotation through to fulfilment and delivery, leading a diverse team across customer service, order management, planning and operational support.

You’ll partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to remove barriers, improve visibility and implement scalable ways of working that support growth.
