We are looking for an individual who combines strong technical capability with curiosity, initiative, and a genuine drive to go beyond what is expected. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thinking independently, and contributing ideas that shape outcomes rather than simply following instruction.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating new ideas for novel advanced materials
  • Synthesizing new materials for various technical applications like window films, inks, conductive coatings, Laser Marking, Dispersions
  • Upscaling laboratory procedures into pilot plant scale
  • Solving technical challenges in new product development
  • Working collaboratively with other team members and customers
  • Providing customer technical support
  • Analysing performance of our and competitive products in customer applications
  • Demonstrating performance of our products in various applications
  • Reporting results in form of technical reports, presentations, data sheets etc.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Inorganic Chemistry, Material Science or related discipline
  • Out of the box, critical, independent thinking
  • Creativity and innovative approach to tasks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to disagree respectfully
  • Preferably knowledge in one of the fields: inks, coatings, polymer processing, Laser Marking, Nanodispersions
  • Systematic approach to tasks
