Are you a Maintenance Engineering Lead looking to take on more responsibility? Are you looking for a role that offers a great engineering challenge? Responsibilities:
- Lead Reliability Maintenance Schedules.
- Carry out root cause analysis on all significant lost time events, provide corrective actions and timeframes for completion.
- Encourage the use of continuous improvement to maximise plant and machinery availability, identifying solutions and delivering agreed actions.
- Assist in the facilitation of daily engineering handover, reporting on KPIs and outstanding works.
This list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to carry out additional duties where reasonable.
Requirements:
- Management experience within an Engineering function.
- Experience working in an FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical and logic control systems.
NB - This is a night shift role and requires flexibility according to business needs.
